Give these a try if you're an over-pronator
I have been suffering with shin splints caused by over-pronation for some time now. I had tried different insoles with my old running shoes but couldn't run more than a mile without pain in my leg. I decided to try some of these out after reading various reviews, and with the airr orthotic insoles in place, I have not come across any pain as of yet.
The insoles that come with these shoes are very good compared to some standard ones I've seen, they would probably be sufficient but going to stick with the orthotic ones for now as they seem to be working. Money well spent!
