I love this shoe
I have a fused ankle and have difficulty finding a shoe that fits me after two surgeries and allows me to walk without the weight bearing crutches. This shoe has allowed me to leave the crutches in the car. I can stand for 3 hours or walk for a couple of miles now. I love this shoe! For the first time in 10 years I can walk very nearly with my pre-injury stride and speed or stand to prepare dinner. I am so thrilled with Skecher's Women's GO Walk Shoes I now own several pairs!
I have tried many shoes, some quite expensive that were made to compensate the wearer for a fused ankle. Yet even the most expensive would have my foot and leg in so much pain after just a few minutes I had pretty much lost hope. So what made me try these? They are fabric and the back of the heel is not flat on the ground. The heel has a step-in-to curve.
