I absolutely love my Kickers. I bought the Kick Hi boots in a size 7 a year ago, and they fitted me perfectly. No rubbing, slipped on and are oh-so-comfy.
These shoes I purchased a few days ago. Absolutely love these too, except they appear to be a narrower fit. The length is great. Plenty of room at the toe - but the width is tight.
I shall be taking them to my local cobbler to be stretched a bit, which is cheap. :)
