Customer service was very helpful, product was replaced with different handbag, but so pleased with replacement. The leather is much better than shown in the pic and colour a rich dark brown handbag. Many handy pockets. Handle size for shoulder or grab bag. Smart for work but also on style and classy. My daughters also said it's really lovely. I have also purchased catwalk bags which are also great too. Great for a present for someone, package in tissue, dust bags and a box, fast delivery. Many thanks, will order again.

The decorative leather and teal blue suede tassels add a touch of designer flare. This is soft leather which is smooth to the touch with a satin sheen. Handles are elegantly rolled and the bag can be hand-held or worn on the shoulder - please check measurements for personal sizing. This is a medium sized bag with plenty of handy compartments and pockets to organise contents. The Gigi brand name is stylishly embossed on the front panel. The central compartment fastens with a zip and the two sides snap together over the top with a magnetic snap for added security.
