The soles are are not non-slip and therefore unsuitable for use in the kitchen, which is what I need.

Description : Sanita Wood, model Julie for women - The wooden sole is perceived as the truly original clog concept - that preserves the clog's integrity and uniqueness. Wood combined with the traditional stapled construction is also very popular because of the simplicity of design. At Sanita they prefer using solid lime tree's for the sole, mainly because lime is very easy to shape into an anatomically contoured footbed for the best possible fit and comfort - and it doesn't split.
