This is a fantastically adaptable bag which can be worn as a backpack or as a shoulder bag. the only tiny drawback is that, because it is shiny leather 9 crocodile style finish) the straps can tend to slip form the shoulders at times. There is 1 large zip pocket inside, one small and 2 on the outside as well as the whole back zipping up. I think it's great and am tempted to order a red one now to replace the original one given to me as a gift - I wore it out!
